INCOTERMS

Incoterms are a series of international trade terms, published by the International Chamber of Commerce and widely used in global business transactions. These are recognized by governments, legal authorities, and professionals worldwide for the interpretation of the most commonly used terms in international trade. This reduces or eliminates uncertainties arising from different translations of such terms in various countries. For a given term, “Yes” indicates that the seller has the obligation to provide the service included in the price. “No” indicates it is the buyer’s responsibility.
